About the Role
Full‑time, permanent position. Marketing/Design Agency. Balham, SW London (hybrid). Salary £50‑65k.
Digital Design Lead

* Help grow and mentor the design team
About You
* Minimum 7+ years’ experience in a digital agency or similar environment
* Proven experience in a senior or lead design role
* Strong portfolio demonstrating high‑end digital design and branding
* Expert in Figma, including design systems and prototyping
* Highly proficient in Adobe Creative Suite
* Strong UX understanding (user flows, IA, wireframing, responsive design)
* Strong knowledge of designing for WordPress and/or Shopify environments
* You must have the right to work in the UK – visa sponsorship is not available
