Brewer Morris is currently hiring for a Front Office Treasury Manager position within the talented treasury team of a recognized property business.
Role Overview
This role offers an excellent opportunity to work under a supportive line manager and take full ownership of front office treasury activities. The responsibilities include:
1. Leading the treasury front office, ensuring all activities adhere to best practices, internal policies, and external regulations.
2. Managing the operational aspects of the front office, including planning, executing activities, and handling related contractual documentation.
3. Overseeing the Group’s internal liquidity management, including intra-group funding and cash pooling.
4. Forecasting, planning, and managing front office activities, including cash flow forecasting.
5. Applying a deep understanding of external regulatory requirements related to treasury activities.
6. Monitoring and preparing for regulatory changes impacting the front office.
7. Driving continuous improvements in operational efficiency and outcomes.
8. Executing treasury risk management for external debt, including interest rate and FX hedging.
9. Developing treasury and financing policies.
10. Supporting banking, lending, and other relationships from a front office perspective.
Candidate Requirements
To be successful, you should have:
1. Extensive treasury experience with a proven track record, preferably within an international group.
2. Corporate finance expertise.
3. AMCT qualification or relevant experience in front office treasury management.
4. An accounting qualification is a plus.
