This is an excellent opportunity for an individual with proven experience in education to make a real difference to pupils' learning and progress. The successful candidate will: Have prior experience working in a school setting (applications without relevant school or education experience cannot be considered). Be confident in supporting pupils across Key Stages 3 and 4, both in small groups and on a one-to-one basis. Be able to cover whole classes in the absence of a teacher, ensuring lessons are delivered effectively and pupils remain engaged. Demonstrate strong behaviour management skills and the ability to build positive relationships with young people.
