Your Role
In this dynamic position, you will:
* Complete warranty and chargeable repairs/breakdowns
* Maintain detailed records of performance reports
* Deliver engaging product training to staff and customers
* Support our Sales Team in driving sales growth across the UK
* Provide best-in-class customer service in residential properties
What We’re Looking For
To thrive in this role, you should possess:
* ACS Qualified gas engineer (CCN1 / CENWAT Mandatory)
* Demonstrable technical expertise from industry experience
* A keen attention to detail
* A confident and adaptable work style
* Excellent communication skills
* The ability to build strong relationships with clients
