Key Responsibilities
* Handle a broad range of corporate transactions including M&A, shareholder agreements, corporate restructures, and business sales and purchases
* Assist with business development and help drive the growth of the Bournemouth office's corporate practice
* Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, referrers, and stakeholders in the local business community
* Work collaboratively across departments and locations to deliver a high-quality and seamless client service
* Support and mentor junior team members where appropriate
* Contribute to firmwide initiatives including networking, thought leadership, and pro bono projects
Candidate Profile
* Qualified Solicitor in England & Wales with at least 3 years' PQE in corporate law
* Strong technical knowledge of company law, transactional work, and commercial contracts
* Proven ability to manage a varied caseload independently with minimal supervision
* Commercially minded with a solutions-focused approach
* Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
* Well-organised, collaborative, and motivated to grow a practice
* Proficient in legal tech and financial management tools
