ABOUT THE ROLE
We’re looking for a proactive and results-oriented Category Executive to join our Insight & Category team. In this role, you’ll support the Category Management Team in driving growth by managing product assortments and delivering actionable insights.
You’ll analyse market trends, contribute to the development of category strategies, and collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to enhance category performance. Your work will play a key role in helping us achieve our sales and profitability goals.
RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Take ownership of Category, Shopper and Insights Data for the convenience channel.
2. Build strong and lasting relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
3. Working with market and consumer data (Kantar, Nielson, IRI, Nectar Loyalty) to identify joint opportunities for the business and retailers.
4. Deliver and present compelling shopper insights.
5. Create, develop and drive Category Management service with specific customers to increase sales and achieve customer business targets.
6. Create and execute insight led customer initiatives to grow the Category and St Pierre sales
7. Manage product portfolio within customers to grow distribution to drive category and St Pierre sales (NPD and tail management)
