About The Role:
You will work as part of a team to deliver first-class customer service which aims to ensure that all eligible Western Australians have access to affordable and secure housing. This is an office based, front line position and our first point of contact for people seeking the Department's assistance.
Your exceptional customer service skills will shine as you interact with members of the public and staff at a range of levels over various communication channels such as phone, in writing and face to face.
You will also have the opportunity to provide outcomes and correspondence arising from customer contact, liaise with real estate agents and landlords regarding housing service delivery, interview clients to determine eligibility and provide advice on all aspects of services and products available. There may also be opportunities to act in other roles such as Housing and Property Services Officer if required.
