Prospero Teaching are currently seeking a Higher Level Teaching Assistant to assist KS3 and KS4 students. Additional duties include:
· A strong work ethic and a passion for learning;
· A strong desire to make a difference to the lives of our students;
· Experience in a similar role or at least 5 years' experience as a Teaching Assistant
· Experience of leading learning activities for small groups of students;
· A good understanding of important curriculum developments for students, particularly those with additional needs;
· The ability to demonstrate their ability and experience matches the job description for the role;
· The skills and characteristics outlined in the person specification for the role;
· An excellent record of attendance and punctuality.

Experience, Training and Qualifications
It is essential that you have experience assisting learners in a school setting in either a permanent or supply cover role.
Up-to-date Safeguarding training is imperative; you can undertake a free course with Prospero Teaching if you have not completed a Safeguarding course in the last 12 months.

Possess an enhanced child barred list DBS certificate registered with the online update service or be willing to process a new application.
