The Role As a Multiskilled Technician, you’ll handle a variety of tasks across paint, panel, and MET disciplines, working on prestige, performance, and electric vehicles. You’ll play a key role in ensuring every vehicle leaves the workshop to exacting BSI PAS 10125 and manufacturer standards. Key Responsibilities Complete full paint processes: preparation, masking, colour matching, spraying, and finishing. Perform minor MET and panel repairs, including stripping/refitting and light bodywork. Assess vehicle damage accurately and plan efficient, high-quality repairs. Collaborate with the team to maintain a smooth and productive workflow. Work safely, keeping the workshop clean and professional at all times. What We’re Looking For Proven multiskilled experience across paint, panel, and MET, ideally in a prestige repair environment. Outstanding attention to detail and craftsmanship. Confidence working on modern, luxury, EV, and hybrid vehicles. A team-oriented approach with the ability to work independently when required. ATA/NVQ Level 3 qualification (or equivalent).
