About the Role As a Multiskilled Plumber, you'll deliver top-quality bathroom refurbishments and essential repairs across our housing stock. This hands-on role blends plumbing expertise with skills in tiling, flooring, patch plastering, and decorating. What you'll do: * Deliver works to a high standard in accordance with your trade training, experience and industry best practice. * Ensure the satisfaction of the customer by having a fixed first-time approach to all jobs. * Carry out work as per the Risk Assessments and Method Statements. * Assist the Contract manager / supervisors to ensure the working environment is safe and compliant with Health & Safety policies and legislation. * Ensure strict compliance with legislative requirements. You'll bring: * City in Guilds/ NVQ level 2 in plumbing or equivalent demonstrable experience. * Experience in other associated trades e.g. carpentry, patch plastering, flooring, tiling and decorating. * Experience of working in social housing or domestic properties. * Experience working in occupied homes. * A full, valid UK driving licence.
