Your new role
As a Personal Assistant (PA), you will play a key role in supporting the team and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations. Your responsibilities will include:
1. Managing email accounts and handling correspondence
2. Calling clients and maintaining strongmunication
3. Liaising with the wider team to coordinate tasks
4. Scheduling and booking meetings
5. Managing client portals
6. Sending requests for information
7. Uploading and organising data
This is a fully remote position.
What you'll need to succeed
8. Previous experience as a PA, administrator, or similar role
9. Excellent organisational and time-management skills
10. Strongmunication skills, both written and verbal
11. Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
12. Proficiency with email platforms, scheduling tools, and data entry
