Senior Invoice Matching Advisor £25,570 - £26,500 plus excellent benefits (Work Level 6C) Manchester city centre - In this role you’ll work in a hybrid way – splitting your time between home and the office, we’ll look for you to attend the office 2 days a week. We’re looking for a Senior Advisor to join our Invoice Matching team to help ensure all payments to our Co-op Food suppliers are accurate and timely. You'll be part of our wider Co-op Business Services (CBS) organisation, dedicated to delivering high-quality, reliable, and cost-effective business services across our Co-op. Your responsibilities will include resolving queries, building relationships with internal and external partners, and ensuring invoice accuracy. You'll manage the team’s shared email inbox and handle non-PO based activities. What you’ll do Work as part of a team of around 5 Advisors to manage all invoices for deliveries of goods into our Co-op depots and stores Ensure timely payments for received stock Check details for accuracy and resolve discrepancies and complex queries Liaise with suppliers, depots, buying teams, and other internal departments Respond to queries via email and manage the team’s shared inbox Become the point of contact for all non-PO activity for the team This role would suit people who have Experience in a shared service environment (accounts payable, invoicing, Goods Receipting, etc.) Strong communication skills Intermediate IT skills, especially in Microsoft Office (Excel and Outlook) Problem-solving skills Ability to manage high-volume tasks in a fast-paced environment Why Co-op?
