We’re looking for a passionate Learning Support Assistant to support young people in Dorking, particularly those with SEN and SEMH needs.
What You’ll Do:
1. Support students 1:1 and in small groups
2. Assist with emotional and behavioural regulation
3. Help deliver targeted interventions
4. Work alongside teachers and support staff
What We’re Looking For:
5. Interest in youth or intervention work
6. Patient, empathetic, and a strong communicator
7. Experience with young people (preferred but not essential)
8. Relevant qualifications (desirable)
