Birmingham - £26k-£38k (DOE) excellent benefits We are currently looking for an experienced Web/Digital/Social Content Designer who can take ownership of creative across websites, digital campaigns and social platforms.
This is a creative‑led role for someone who understands branding, visual storytelling and modern content trends and knows how to turn ideas into work that stands out.
You’ll play a key role in shaping visual direction across web and social projects, bringing strong design fundamentals and fresh creative thinking to everything you produce.
Responsibilities
* Leading the design of visually engaging, high-quality websites
* Creating branded social media content (static, carousel, short‑form assets)
* Designing digital graphics and campaign materials
* Developing intuitive layouts and strong visual systems
* Presenting ideas confidently to internal teams and clients
* Collaborating closely with developers to ensure seamless execution
* Maintaining brand consistency across web and social channels
* Contributing ideas around content trends and creative direction
Ideal Candidate
* Confident in your craft and comfortable managing multiple projects.
* Have a strong eye for typography, layout, colour and brand cohesion.
* Understand how design translates across websites and social platforms.
* Be proactive, commercially aware and thrive in a fast‑paced agency environment.
* Minimum 3 years’ experience in digital design and content creation.
* Strong portfolio showcasing web and social work.
* Advanced knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop & Illustrator essential).
* Strong understanding of UI/UX principles.
* Excellent attention to detail.
* Strong communication and presentation skills.
* Ability to manage projects independently.
* Experience creating short‑form social content.
* Basic video editing skills (Reels, TikTok‑style content, motion graphics).
* Experience working within an agency environment.
* Familiarity with CMS platforms.
