Our Maintenance Technician - Groundskeeper creates the best first impression, by ensuring and maintaining the cleanliness, safety and aesthetic appeal of our sites so that residents, visitors and the local communities experience a welcoming and safe environment. Maintaining clean, safe and welcoming outdoor areas and spaces is key to the role including tasks such as jet washing, weeding, planting, bin and bike store maintenance and management as well as maintaining / building / repairing outdoor furniture. This role also supports our wider maintenance team providing support to the whole site, both internally and externally as and when required. As such, this is a hands-on role which requires a proactive, dependable individual who takes pride in high standards of presentation to contributes to a comfortable living environment that supports the wellbeing of our residents and ensures they have their Best Year Yet.
