About The Role
Are you an experienced carpet and/or flooring fitter looking for your next adventure? Join our dynamic Facilities Team in Bognor Regis!
In this exciting role, you will play a vital part in supporting our guest accommodation by ensuring all flooring operations run smoothly. You’ll collaborate with both internal and external service providers, tackling both planned and unplanned projects across our beautiful estate.
Your responsibilities will include:
* Carrying out flooring works that meet current legislative standards.
* Planning and evaluating repairs, replacement parts, and inventory.
* Innovating solutions to enhance our facilities.
We provide all the necessary tools and equipment, and you’ll typically work 40 hours a week, Monday to Friday from 8:30 AM to 5 PM. Occasionally, you may need to lend a hand during evenings or weekends, but we promise to give you advance notice!
About You
We’re looking for someone who has:
* Experience in a maintenance environment with a flooring specialization.
* The ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
* A solid understanding of relevant regulations and health & safety procedures.
Excellent communication skills and meticulous record-keeping are essential. You should maintain a professional and positive demeanor, whether working independently or as part of a team.
