Head of Sales – High-End Events, London, Up to £75k + Commission
We are working with a high-end London events business who are seeking a Head of Sales to elevate the business and help achieve ambitious growth in the next phase of their journey. As a brand they are super passionate about great food, fantastic service, and providing amazing experiences for their guests!
Role Responsibilities:
Create and implement a sales strategy to meet and exceed revenue targets
Recruit, train, and manage a high-performing sales team
Cultivate and maintain relationships with key clients
Continuously analyse the London event market, identifying trends, competition, and opportunities
Develop and refine sales processes to improve efficiency and conversion rates
Develop and maintain accurate revenue forecasts
Lead negotiations for high-value contracts and agreements
The Ideal Candidate:
A proven track record leading sales teams from an events or hospitality background
Excellent written and interpersonal communication skills
Strong negotiation skills
Results driven
Strong organisational skills and detail orientated
Experience managing, guiding and motivating a team
Excellent industry knowledge
A strong work ethic. You will lead by example
