What You'll Be Doing Day to Day as our Courier Service Specialist
As a Courier Service Specialist, you'll be the on-site champion keeping our Delivery Unit's running like clockwork. From supporting and guiding couriers to ensuring parcels are ready for collection, you'll be the steady hand ensuring efficiency, compliance, and reliable service. You'll oversee daily activity, tackle issues before they escalate, and keep the operation flowing seamlessly—so our customers get the great experience they expect.
