Teaching Personnel are currently seeking Welsh-speaking Teaching Assistants to work on a supply basis in primary schools across Cardiff and the surrounding areas. This role is ideal for individuals who are passionate about supporting pupils’ learning and wellbeing, and who are confident working through the medium of Welsh. The role will involve: Supporting pupils in the classroom, either one-to-one or in small groups Assisting the class teacher with lesson delivery and classroom management Supporting pupils with additional learning or behavioural needs Creating a positive, inclusive, and safe learning environment Requirements: Fluent Welsh speaker (essential) Experience working with children or young people (school-based experience desirable) A positive, flexible, and reliable approach Enhanced DBS on the update service (or willingness to apply) Why work with Teaching Personnel?
