Community Integrated Care is currently seeking a dedicated and compassionate health and social care professional with Complex Care experience to lead a service team based in Newcastle Upon Tyne.

About You
Experience working in a complex care health or social care setting, you will have an upbeat positive manner and a genuine passion for supporting people to become part of their local and wider community.
Experience and Knowledge
* Leading and motivating a team of support workers
* Driving high standards of care and service delivery
* Promoting a positive, inclusive, and empowering culture
* Ensuring services are well‑resourced and compliant
* Supporting with CQC registration and quality assurance
Comfortable using basic IT systems is important; training can be offered.
Hold a professional qualification in Health and Social Care, e.g. Nurse, Social Worker, SVQ Level 3 plus supervisory units (Scotland) / Care Management Level 3 (England).
