The Role
As a Sports Graduate Learning Support Assistant, you will:
* Support pupils during lessons across KS3 and KS4
* Work 1:1 and in small groups with pupils who need additional support
* Help maintain focus and engagement during classroom activities
* Support pupils with SEND including ADHD, ASD and SEMH
* Encourage positive behaviour and teamwork
* Assist with intervention sessions or structured activities where needed
Your presence and leadership will help pupils stay motivated and engaged in learning.
