RMN Deputy Ward Manager Full-time RMN Deputy Ward Manager role in a specialist mental health rehabilitation setting. Senior clinical and operational support to the Ward Manager, with a focus on safe care, leadership and team development. Overview Salary: £40,040. Full-time, 40 hours per week. Onsite role. Fully remote working is not available. You will support the Ward Manager in delivering safe, effective and therapeutic care within a specialist inpatient service. The role includes senior nursing leadership, clinical oversight, risk management, supervision of staff and contribution to multidisciplinary working. Active NMC registration as an RMN is required, with revalidation maintained. A minimum of 18 months to 2 years’ post-registration experience is required.
