Who you’ll be supporting & more about the role: What You’ll Bring: A clinical qualification (e.g. Nurse, Social Worker) and a Diploma in PBS or Practice Leadership. Deep knowledge of CQC/CI regulations, risk management, and quality assurance. A passion for person-centred care, stakeholder engagement, and continuous improvement. Leadership experience in complex environments, with the ability to inspire and support teams through emotionally challenging situations. What You’ll Do: Lead operational delivery across your region, ensuring high standards and sustainable services. Build strong partnerships with families, professionals, and communities.
