Our client is a well known leading technology manufacturer - this role is based in Hertfordshire with 3 days a week in the office and 2 remote. You must be within a reasonable commute of this location. B2B marketing experience and a strong general marketing background are required. Ideally this person has worked in technology although this is not essential.
THE ROLE:
Working alongside the Commercial Marketing Lead, this role will execute and support a range of marketing activities to promote our clients' commercial solutions, strengthen partner and customer relationships. Responsibilities include:
* Support the creation and provision of product marketing assets
* Create content marketing materials that promote our clients’ commercial product solutions in a highly relevant context to Business’ partners and customers.
* Manage the database of partners and customers, developing regular email communications through Pardot.
* Manage partner content on the Partner portal, sharing news, content and online training materials.
* Manage our clients Business social channels and showcase pages, creating and scheduling content, and engaging with the community of followers.
* Lead the production of case study videos with willing participating organisations, driving the heart of the narrative and working with a video production agency from concept to delivery.
* Support the development and participation of partner and end-user events.
* Support the management of our clients Business website, populating it with engaging and relevant content, including articles, blogs, news updates, and other resources.
THE IDEAL CANDIDATE:
* Proven experience in B2B marketing, preferably in the technology sector.
* Proficiency with CRM and marketing automation tools (e.g. Salesforce / Pardot)
* Strong creative skills in copywriting and multimedia production (e.g. Adobe PS, ID)
* Proven ability to manage concurrent projects with effective execution and timely delivery.
* Excellent communicator, skilled in being both persuasive and concise in both verbal and written forms.
