Role Summary:
The Temporary Worker will provide administrative support within the organization. The role involves working under general supervision, following established procedures, and exercising independent judgment when executing instructions. The position requires efficient management of daily administrative tasks with attention to detail.
Key Responsibilities:
Duties include, but are not limited to:
* Collating and analyzing moderately complex data or information, and presenting findings in a structured written report.
* Monitoring and managing administrative procedures and workflows to ensure effectiveness and consistency.
* Assisting with the preparation and monitoring of budgets, if required.
* Acting as a liaison for administrative matters between the organization and internal/external contacts.
* Drafting and preparing routine correspondence according to company standards.
Qualifications and Experience:
* A minimum of five GCSEs at Grade C or above (or equivalent), including English Language.
* An NVQ Level 2 in Business Administration or comparable clerical experience.
* Proven administrative experience with a sound working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications.
* Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with colleagues and external parties.
