Regional Engineering Manager – Fire & Security
Locations: Midlands (M1 corridor: Nottingham to Sheffield)
Salary: £40,000–£55,000 (depending on knowledge and experience)
At Trinity Fire & Security, our engineers are at the heart of everything we do – and we’re looking for a leader who brings out their best.
As a Regional Engineering Manager, you’ll lead a team of skilled fire and security engineers who keep critical buildings protected and operational every single day. You’ll spend most of your week in the field, side by side with your team – offering guidance, support and feedback that helps them grow and deliver exceptional work.
From reviewing jobs and inspecting vehicles to celebrating success and tackling challenges head‑on, you’ll be their go‑to person. You’ll make sure they’ve got everything they need – from PPE to confidence – and ensure they feel valued, supported and part of something bigger.
You’ll also play a key part in onboarding new customers, helping plan maintenance schedules, attending site audits, and feeding into weekly regional meetings. No two days are the same – and that’s exactly what makes it rewarding.
This is an ideal next step for a qualified Fire or Security Systems Engineer looking to move off the tools and into management, or for someone who’s already managing a team and wants to take on a bigger challenge in a thriving, growing business.
At Trinity, leadership is about people – not power. If you’re someone who leads by example, values teamwork and takes pride in helping others succeed, we’d love to talk.
