Job Requirements:
As a Junior Events Coordinator, you will be enthusiastic and driven to start a career in Events.
Some of the Day to Day Tasks can include but not limited to:
* Uploading of new events to ticketing platforms
* Attend weekly sales meetings to help deploy event marketing strategies
* Liaising with stakeholders within the LILI team to launch new events from concept to completion
* Creative sessions with the team to think about new event products for LILI to launch
* Day-to-day logistics for upcoming events supporting the event team with advancing shows
* Speak to external stakeholders such as venues, talent, event managers & more.
* Attend social & team bonding events to help with brainstorming new ideas and concepts
The ideal candidate would have experience with: Excel, Microsoft Teams, Outlook, Trello & More.
Hybrid Working:
Monday to Thursday - Office Based (Oval London, SW9 0JJ)
Friday - Work From Home
Flexible Hours:
Monday to Friday (9-10am to 5-6pm / 8 hours per day)
