The Opportunity: Join our team at Mill Farm Sports Village, home to AFC Fylde, as a Food and Beverage Inventory Manager. We are looking for an experienced individual with a head for numbers, strong analytical skills, and a good work ethic. You will interact with various stakeholders in the business, requiring excellent communication skills and a can-do attitude.
Key Responsibilities
1. Order Management: Oversee and collate all food and beverage orders across multiple site outlets.
2. Purchase Orders: Raise purchase orders and ensure they are placed in line with company terms.
3. Delivery Checks: Check all deliveries to ensure quality and quantity of goods are in line.
4. Stock Control: Implement and update stock levels for better control.
5. Inventory Management: Manage all stock takes.
Hours of Work
This is a full-time role, with up to 45 hours per week, starting at 6 am and finishing at 3 pm, Monday to Friday. During football season, hours are Monday to Saturday, with a day off on Wednesday.
