EMSOU are looking for a dynamic Disruption Team Officer to join the team! EMSOU is one of the largest collaborative policing units in the country, delivering specialist capabilities on behalf of the five East Midlands police forces & focuses on intelligence gathering and the disruption and investigation of serious and organised crime. What you'll be doing: You will be an innovative tactical advisor within Law Enforcement on methods to disrupt Serious and Organised Crime through a multi agency approach. You will facilitate, co-ordinate and attend enforcements utilising all appropriate methods and resources necessary in order to achieve operational objectives. You will be required to have regular contact with Police Officers of all ranks, Police Staff of all grades, embedded partner agencies and units within East Midlands Regional Organised Crime Unit in order to both maximize the opportunities for intelligence gathering and to disrupt criminality. Police officers must have passed all relevant current First Aid and Personal Safety refresher courses. What’s in it for you?
