Due to expansion, our clients, a highly successful and growing Surveying practice, are seeking a Residential Surveyor to work on a Consultancy basis in Woking. The role is available, working a minimum of 2 days a week. The role will involve carrying out Mortgage Valuations and Level 2 Surveys Working hours: Flexible working hours, a minimum of 2 days a week Remote / Work from home Our client is offering the successful Residential Surveyor: Fee split on all surveys carried out £50,000 - £80,000 per annum, dependent on agreed working days and workload Holiday Pay PI Insurance RICS and VRS fees paid (subject to conditions) Equipment provided, including iPad, Mobile phone, Surveying equipment To be considered for the role of Residential Surveyor you must have the following: Minimum AssocRICS or higher Registered Valuer status UK Driving License Own Car High attention to detail Experience in Mortgage Valuations and Level 2 Surveys As a Residential Surveyor, your role will involve: Carrying out a range of Valuation and Survey work, including: Mortgage Valuations Homebuyer (Level 2 Surveys)
