Senior Support Workers with a passion for enhancing the quality of life of the people we support are at the heart of our management teams. We are seeking a fantastic Senior Support Worker to join us in leading our residential service in Hartlepool. This service is a welcoming and friendly environment with a dynamic team that supports a fantastic group of people. As a Senior Support Worker, you will help people gain more independence in their daily lives while assisting the Manager with day-to-day supervision and management of the service.
You may allocate shifts, book training, induct new colleagues, support with supervision, order medication, and help ensure the people we support are supported to manage their finances. You will keep the reason you do this at the forefront, as our Seniors are still at the heart of providing day-to-day support.

Responsibilities
* Assist the Manager with day-to-day supervision and management of the residential service
* Allocate shifts and arrange training
* Induct new colleagues and provide supervision support
* Order medications and support people to manage their finances
* Support individuals with gaining greater independence in daily living
Qualifications
* Experience as a Senior Support Worker
* Level 3 in Health & Social Care
* Experience working with individuals requiring enhanced support, including behaviours of distress, mental health conditions, acquired brain injury, autism, and people who have experienced trauma
