As a Chef De Partie, you'll be joining a passionate kitchen team delivering classic British dishes with a contemporary twist, using quality seasonal ingredients.

* £28,000 per annum plus circa £4,000 service charge
* Potential live-in accommodation for £500 per month
* Working 40 hours per week

Responsibilities as a Chef De Partie…
* Taking charge of your section and supporting the senior chefs in the day-to-day running of the kitchen
* Preparing dishes to a consistently high standard
* Contributing ideas for menu development and specials
* Maintaining excellent food safety and hygiene standards
