Role Objective
To be the first point of contact for all questions and queries related to guest stays, spa days, club memberships, or any other general inquiries. Demonstrating a positive attitude, you will serve as a source of information for guests and colleagues. Your knowledge of daily activities, guest numbers, and availability will support the wider teams in maximising and utilising resources.
This role supports various functions such as the Spa, Wellbeing & Fitness, Main Reception, and all managers, providing guest data and information.

Responsibilities include
* Greeting guests warmly and ensuring a courteous and efficient check-in process, including registration, offering tours where appropriate, and explaining welcome packs.
* Handling financial transactions in line with GDPR, providing receipts, and maintaining records securely.
* Checking out guests, settling accounts, managing robes, and ensuring guest satisfaction. Addressing any feedback and taking corrective actions when needed.
* Monitoring CCTV to ensure the safety of pool users and other areas.
* Monitoring headcounts hourly to prevent exceeding maximum bather loads.
* Supporting pool testing procedures if trained and needed.
* Leading or supporting guest walks where applicable.
* Closing open folios and settling classes in the system.
* Upselling additional services and managing yield.
* Assisting with scheduling spa staff and services.
* Managing bookings for spa services and ensuring accurate billing.
* Having comprehensive knowledge of all packages and services offered.
* Staying updated on promotional offers and selling services to meet sales targets.
