This role is suited to an organised and reliable individual who will support a busy sales office with a range of administrative, customer service, and operational duties. The position also offers occasional travel to other branches and involvement in deliveries. Job Responsibilities Process customer orders and manage invoicing Handle banking tasks, including petty cash management Produce weekly and monthly reports Chase outstanding payments and manage accounts Answer incoming calls and assist customers with enquiries Provide general administrative support within the sales office Travel to other branches to provide cover when required Work occasional Saturdays on a rota basis Assist with deliveries and occasional on-site support, including heavy lifting Candidate Specification Previous experience in office administration Strong numerical and organisational skills IT literate with the ability to learn new systems quickly Excellent communication skills and a professional telephone manner Ability to work independently and as part of a team Reliable and flexible approach to work Full, clean driving licence (maximum of 3 points) Desirable: Experience within the garage door or construction industry Experience using accounting software (e.g. Xero) Benefits Competitive salary 4 weeks paid holiday Health cash plan Friendly working environment with full training provided
