As a Subject Specialist, this role is ideal for educators with strong subject expertise who want to deliver engaging lessons, support pupils’ learning, and contribute to an inclusive classroom environment. Responsibilities as a Subject Specialist: Deliver high-quality lessons in your specialist subject across various year groups. Support pupils’ learning through 1:1 or small group interventions where needed. Collaborate with teaching staff to plan and develop engaging resources. Promote positive behaviour and a love of learning within your subject. Contribute to maintaining a safe, inclusive, and stimulating classroom environment. Requirements for Subject Specialist: Strong knowledge and expertise in your subject area. Previous classroom or teaching experience is desirable. Excellent communication, organisational, and classroom management skills. A valid, enhanced DBS registered on the Update Service (or willingness to apply).
