Im supporting my client and seeking an experienced and talented Bid Manager to oversee bids at all stages for construction contracts across a diverse range of sectors. You'll manage and coordinate input from your bid team of construction professionals to create and present high-quality bidding documents. You'll be responsible for submitting completed bids to existing and prospective customers, developing strategy with your bid team around cost, programme and logistics, whilst ensuring every question is answered comprehensively. Your focus will be on positioning your organisation with the best possible chance of success. Leading and managing the PCSA stage of projects through to final contract agreement, you'll establish winning strategies, implement writing plans for quality lead bids, and coordinate the handover to delivery teams. You'll leverage your understanding of the overall business to project benefits to customers through compelling proposals, whilst delivering commercial, programme and risk management strategies.
