Job Opportunity: Legal Secretary – Private Client
Location: Leigh (Greater Manchester)
Salary : £25k-30K – Negotiable
Aspion are seeking an organised, proactive, and personable Legal Secretary to join a busy Private Client team in Leigh. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with strong administrative skills and a genuine interest in supporting work involving Wills, Probate, LPAs, Trusts, and Estate Administration.
Key Responsibilities
Providing high-quality secretarial and administrative support to Private Client fee-earners
Preparing, formatting, and amending legal documents and correspondence
Managing diaries, scheduling appointments, and arranging meetings
Handling telephone enquiries and communicating with clients in a professional and compassionate manner
Opening, closing, and maintaining client files in accordance with internal procedures and compliance requirements
Audio and copy typing, including preparation of letters, forms, and legal documents
Liaising with external agencies, courts, and third parties where required
General administrative duties such as filing, scanning, post management, and document organisation
Monday to Friday – 9am to 5pm
