Job Description:
Salary: £35,270 - £39,542 (assuming good attendance and up to 4 sleep-ins per month)
Working in our Children’s Homes involves being part of a young person’s daily life, supporting them through their highs and lows. Our shift leaders help young people regain their childhood and develop into well-rounded adults. The role is rewarding but challenging, with small victories that make a big difference.
Our homes serve young people with social, emotional, and mental health needs, aiming to achieve the best outcomes. Our shift leaders are motivated by making positive changes, celebrating even small successes.
Responsibilities:
* Ensure the smooth daily operation of the home and support young people.
* Support and supervise staff, stepping in as deputy for the Team Leaders when needed.
* Build relationships with young people, demonstrating compassion, resilience, and leadership.
Benefits:
* Salary: £30,030 - £34,302
* Sleep-in payments: Up to 4 per month at £80 each, approx. £3,840/year
