Teaching Personnel is recruiting compassionate and dedicated SEN Support Assistants to join our bank of staff supporting secondary school pupils aged 11–16 with special educational needs. This role is ideal for individuals passionate about supporting young people with additional needs and helping them access education in a supportive and inclusive environment. The Role As an SEN Support Assistant, you will work closely with pupils on a one-to-one basis and in small groups, supporting their academic progress, emotional wellbeing, and engagement in learning. You will work alongside teaching staff and SENCO teams to provide tailored support based on individual pupil needs.
