Job Description

Company Secretarial Manager

We are working with a leading global professional services firm to appoint an experienced Company Secretarial Manager to join its growing Accounting & Outsourcing division. This is a client-facing leadership role, managing a diverse UK and international portfolio and providing high-quality governance and statutory compliance services. You will act as a trusted adviser, supporting clients through regulatory change while helping to grow and develop the national Company Secretarial offering.

Key Responsibilities


* Manage and deliver a full company secretarial service across a varied client portfolio



* Act as primary point of contact, providing technical governance and compliance advice



* Oversee statutory filings and corporate records using Diligent software and Companies House systems



* Lead and support restructuring, ad-hoc and technical projects in collaboration with audit, tax and accounting teams



* Develop client relationships and contribute to business development and new client wins



* Promote Company Secretarial services internally and externally, including presentations and knowledge sharing



* Manage team performance, conduct reviews and support development planning



* Contribute to departmental budgets, revenue targets and national team strategy


Key Skills & Experience


* Proven experience leading or mentoring a team



* Strong working knowledge of the Companies Act 2006 and UK corporate governance requirements



* Hands-on experience using Diligent company secretarial software



* Excellent organisational skills, attention to detail and communication ability



* Commercial mindset with experience supporting business development activity
