IT Support Analyst ERP, Dynamics NAV
We are looking for an experienced support individual who is keen to progress their IT career. The role involves joining a team responsible for supporting and maintaining the ERP system, currently Dynamics NAV, with plans to migrate to Business Central.
This is a support role involving monitoring the mailbox, responding to user queries, performing system diagnostics to identify root causes, and providing fixes. You will support users with new developments across the ERP system, set up new users, and handle related tasks.
Required Skills And Experience
* Previous experience supporting an ERP system, with exposure to Dynamics being a significant advantage.
* Strong customer service skills, working effectively with users to resolve issues.
* Intermediate Excel skills.
* Experience with SQL or HubSpot is highly desirable.
* Experience collaborating with senior management and external suppliers to ensure smooth service delivery.
* Ability to maintain and ensure the successful operation of reporting systems.
