We’re looking for a Team Leader to guide and inspire our retail team to exceed targets while creating a welcoming, vibrant shopping experience that leaves a lasting impression on every customer.
Key Responsibilities
Leadership & Team Development:
* Foster a collaborative and supportive team environment, uniting colleagues around shared goals.
* Drive continuous growth by coaching, training, and mentoring your team.
* Keep your team informed and engaged through clear, open communication.
* Empower your team with up-to-date product knowledge to meet customer needs confidently.
Operational Excellence:
* Uphold impeccable shop floor standards, ensuring stock presentation, ticketing, and organisation are on point every day.
* Oversee daily store operations, including opening and closing duties, to ensure smooth workflows.
* Lead engaging visual merchandising efforts to create a clean and inviting space for customers and colleagues alike.
* Prioritise Health & Safety, safeguarding the wellbeing of your team and customers.
Sales & Performance:
* Motivate your team to meet and exceed sales targets and KPIs.
* Identify growth opportunities for team members and suggest strategies for their development.
Customer Experience:
* Set the standard for exceptional customer service and ensure it’s delivered consistently.
* Resolve customer concerns promptly and professionally, creating memorable shopping experiences.
* Represent the Mountain Warehouse brand with enthusiasm and professionalism.
* Build connections within the local community, enhancing the store’s personal and welcoming atmosphere.
