* Temporary full-time opportunity to December 2030

* Salary relative to experience and ranges from $99,938 to $110,271 super

The role

As Events Coordinator you will be primarily located at Bradfield with occasional work from Penrith. You’ll be at the heart of making Bradfield City come alive – organising events and visitor experiences that connect people with the city’s vision. You’ll handle everything from logistics and venue bookings to running tours and responding to enquiries, making sure every event is smooth, professional and memorable. You will also provide back‑up support for the Concierge.

You’ll thrive in a fast‑paced environment juggling competing priorities and tight deadlines while keeping service standards high. Whether it’s coordinating with teams managing back‑to‑back projects or supporting daily operations, your knack for problem‑solving and attention to detail will help deliver standout experiences for everyone involved.


What you will bring to the role

* Excellent communication skills both verbal and written to effectively convey ideas and collaborate with team members.
* Demonstrated flexibility and adaptability to thrive in a fast‑paced and dynamic work environment.
* Strong teamwork and collaboration skills with a willingness to contribute to group efforts and support colleagues in achieving objectives.
* High level administrative skills with the ability to prioritise tasks and competing demands.
* Flourishes in dynamic environments demonstrating resilience and adaptability to effectively navigate change.


Essential requirements

* Relevant training or experience in technology events, venue hire, project coordination or administrative support.
* Physically able to lift weight of up to 16 kilograms.
* Current Class C driver licence.
