HEAD CHEF - K&G MCATAMNEY BUTCHERY & DELI We are looking for an enthusiastic and passionate Head Chef, someone who shares our passion for delicious food. 5 DAY WEEKHOURS 7:30AM - 5PM NO SUNDAYS OR EVENINGS DUTIES: FOOD PREPARATION, ORDERS, MENU PLANNING ASSIST WITH DEVELOPING NEW RECEIPES OVERSEE ALL ASPECTS OF THE KITCHEN LEAD, MENTOR AND MANAGE THE CULINARY TEAM WHILE BEING A TEAM PLAYER MAINTAIN A CLEAN AND ORGANIZED KITCHEN ENVIRONMENT ENSURE THAT FOOD HANDLING AND STORAGE PROCEDURES ARE FOLLOWED AND FOOD PREPARATION MEETS THE HIGHEST STANDARDS OF QUALITY AND SAFETY FOOD PURCHASING AND STOCK MANAGEMENTSKILLS: HAVE EXCELLENT CULINARY SKILLS GOOD ATTENTION TO DETAIL STRONG LEADERSHIP AND COMMUNICATION SKILLS ABILITY TO WORK UNDER PRESSURE PREVIOUS KITCHEN MANAGEMENT EXPERIENCE DESIREABLE MUST HAVE EXPERIENCE IN A SIMILAR ROLE SALARY TO BE DISCUSSED AT INTERVIEW Job Types: Full-time, PermanentSchedule: Day shiftWork Location: In person
