Role Requirements:
We are specifically seeking a carer who has experience with complex needs and is fully trained and competent in the following areas:
* Bowel management to include digital stimulation and manual evacuation
* Autonomic dysreflexia (AD)
* Administering medication
* Meal preparation
* Personal care
* Light domestic duties
Essential Criteria:
1. Must be fluent in English this is a specific request from the clients family
2. Proven experience in a complex care role
3. Up-to-date mandatory training and clinical competencies (or willingness to update through us)
4. Reliable, compassionate, and able to build trust with the client
