You will be working for an independent firm of commercial property consultants who are very well established in SW London and Surrey. They have a diverse property portfolio specialising in office, industrial, retail, investment & development opportunities.
Duties will include:
* Rent and service charge collection
* Ensuring compliance with landlords’ covenants
* Full tenant liaison
* Organisation and supervision of maintenance and repairs
* Monitoring of rent reviews and lease renewals
* Service charge budgeting and reconciliations
* Regular property inspections
* Advice and compliance with statutory regulations
* Strategic property advice
You will need experience working in commercial property management with a good understanding of landlord and tenant work and service charge processes.
The role is paying a salary of up to £50,000 with a competitive benefits package and long term career progress.
