Key Responsibilities Providing high quality secretarial support within the conveyancing team Managing case files both electronically and hard copy Managing diaries and scheduling appointments Drafting legal documents such as contracts, transfer deeds, correspondence and completion statements. Land Registry applications and submissions Obtaining Property Certificates and Searches Submitting SDLT Returns Liaising with clients, estate agents, mortgage lenders, and other stakeholders. Handling telephone and email queries in a professional and timely manner.
