The busy kitchen team needs a Pastry Chef de Partie to lead in producing a range of delicate desserts, proper puddings, and sweet creations for various occasions, from large conferences to afternoon teas. This role offers a great opportunity to develop your career specializing in pastry.
Requirements:
* NVQ 1 & 2 or equivalent
* Strong leadership, motivation, and teamwork skills
* Planning and time management abilities
* Flexible attitude
* Experience in relevant disciplines
* NVQ Level 3 (advantageous)
