About the Role
We are looking for a dynamic, enthusiastic, and driven individual to join our team in a dual role as an Event Coordinator and Front of House Team Member. This is an exciting opportunity for someone passionate about hospitality and events, and eager to grow their career in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.
Key Responsibilities
Event Coordinator Duties:
- Plan, organise, and execute events and private parties from initial enquiry through to event day
- Liaise with customers to understand their needs and bring their vision to life
- Coordinate with management and kitchen teams to ensure seamless event delivery
- Come up with creative, outside-the-box ideas to deliver a “wow factor” for every event
- Handle multiple events and tasks while maintaining high standards
Front of House Duties:
- Deliver exceptional, world-class hospitality to all guests
- Take customer orders efficiently and accurately
- Prepare and serve drinks behind the bar
- Maintain a welcoming and friendly atmosphere at all times
- Ensure cleanliness and organisation of the front of house area
About You
- Passionate about hospitality, with a strong interest in event management
- Looking to build a career in events or the hospitality industry
- An outside-the-box thinker with a creative approach to problem-solving
- Outgoing, friendly, and confident when interacting with customers
- Highly organised with strong multitasking abilities
- Thrives under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- A team player who collaborates well with others
