Electrical Design Assistant Lancing Office-Based £27,000 rising to £28,000 after successful completion of 6-month probationMonday–Friday, 8:00am–4:30pm Hunters Recruitment is excited to recruit a Design Assistant for our client’s Lancing office. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a fast-growing company offering structured training and real career progression. Electrical Design Assistant - The RoleAs a Design Assistant, you will be trained to use specialist software to produce technical calculations and project documentation. No prior experience is necessary — full training will be provided.In addition to technical design work, your responsibilities will include:
* Assisting with design-related tasks using Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop) and CAD
* Producing quotations using Sage
* Supporting project teams with general office administration
* Answering telephone enquiries and liaising with clients
Electrical Design Assistant - Skills & Experience
* Experience with Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop)
* CAD experience or technical drawing skills
* An interest in engineering or technical design
* Previous experience using Sage (desirable)
